Geospatial Information Agency (BIG) has made efforts to prevent the spread of the coronavirus by spraying disinfectants in all office areas. All map storage warehouses were also scattered to avoid the spread of the coronavirus. The activity was carried out on Tuesday (3/17) at 19:00 to Wednesday (3/18) at 1:00 in the morning.
"BIG spraying disinfectants in all areas of the BIG building including all workspaces on every floor, both in the Main Building, Auditorium, and the area around the BIG building," BIG Head of the General and Financial Bureau Ali Nor Hidayat said when giving directions to sprayers disinfectant.
Spraying starts from the Main Building, which is the workspace of BIG Chief and BIG Principal Secretary. Carefully, officers who wear unique clothes spray disinfectant liquid into every inch and corner of the room. This is done to ensure the entire place has been sprayed. This work is fully supervised by employees of the General and Financial Bureaus under the command of BIG Enjang Farid's Head of General Affairs.
BIG has also limited the number of employees who come to work with work policies from home. This policy was taken to prevent the outbreak of the coronavirus. To ensure operational office services continue to run, employees in each work unit get a picket schedule. Also, sanitary liquid has been provided in each room. (TN / MAD)
