Cibinong, Geospatial News - The drafting of new regulations regarding performance allowances (tukin), days, and working hours within the Geospatial Information Agency (BIG) enters the public testing stage. This regulation change aims to bring about discipline, order and a professional work culture for BIG employees.
"To improve performance in carrying out bureaucratic reforms and optimize work productivity based on the principles of fairness and proportionality, it is necessary to regulate the procedure for calculating and giving performance allowances to BIG employees," BIG Inspector Sugeng Prijadi said in the BIG Hall, Cibinong, Bogor, Wednesday, January 23, 2019.
Sugeng reminded, the key to success is discipline in complying with regulations. The existence of this new regulation is not to limit the movement of BIG employees, but as an implementation of bureaucratic reform.
"Anyone who works at BIG, will be regulated by applicable regulatory bodies," said Sugeng.
Head of the Planning, Personnel and Legal Bureau of BIG Ibnu Sofian explained, changes in regulations include working days and hours, attendance, not fulfilling working hours, as well as managing employee attendance data. In addition, there are also changes regarding the calculation of tukin based on performance and attendance assessments, as well as internal controls.
According to Ibnu, an assessment team would be formed. This team is expected to work objectively, because the results affect the performance of the organization and acceptance of each BIG employee.
"Performance is seen from organizations and individuals, according to the plan for a year. If you don't have a plan, logbook, and product produced, you won't get a tukin. This is a consequence to encourage BIG employees to become more disciplined, "said Ibnu.
In this activity, a simulation of tukin calculations was also carried out using a new system. BIG employees are also shown the design of new e-Government applications, which are more integrated. (GU / LR / NIN)
