Meanwhile, Head of the Earth Mapping Center and BIG Toponym Ida Herliningsih explained, President Joko Widodo had launched the One Map Policy Geoportal (KSP) in December last year. This policy aims to minimize overlapping licensing and land use which is a classic problem in Indonesia.
"The large number of overlapping land uses has caused high land conflicts in Indonesia," said Ida.
With the future KSP, it is hoped that there will be no overlapping land permits, Ida concluded.
Until now, KSP Geoportal has been continuously improved to ensure that space is used fairly. Perpetrators of regional spatial deviations will get decisive action.
