Increase Optimization of BIG Organizational Performance Holds Evaluation of 2019 Bureaucracy Reform

Cibinong, Geospatial News - The condition of Indonesia's bureaucracy in the current reform era can be said to have not shown a good direction of development, because there are still many arrogant bureaucrats who are found to be the ones who need it, KKN practices that still occur, and the mentality of bureaucrats that are still far from expectations . To carry out bureaucratic functions appropriately, quickly, and consistently in order to create an accountable and good bureaucracy, the government has formulated a regulation to be the basis for implementing bureaucratic reform in Indonesia, namely Presidential Regulation number 80 of 2011 concerning the Grand Design of the Indonesian Bureaucratic Reform 2010- 2025.

Bureaucratic reform is one of the government's efforts to achieve good governance and make fundamental reforms and changes to the system of governance, especially concerning institutional aspects (organization), management and human resources of the apparatus. Through bureaucratic reform, the governmental governance system is structured in which money is not only effective and efficient, but also bureaucratic reform is the backbone in changing the lives of the nation and state.

To support the government's objectives, the Geospatial Information Agency (BIG) as one of the Non-Ministry Government Institutions (LPNK) on Thursday (03/10) conducted a Monitoring and Evaluation of the implementation of the 2019 Bureaucratic Reform within the Geospatial Information Agency.

In the activities carried out in the BIG Hall of Cibinong Bogor, BIG Chief Secretary Ir Muhtadi Ganda Sutrisna conveyed in his direction, there were several things that needed to be considered in evaluating the achievement of bureaucratic reform in the BIG environment.

"Some things that need to be considered in our RB achievements to date include the RB Road Map, which fulfills the requirements but has not yet provided significant direction of change, the RB internalization that has not been optimal, the silos that have not reached the optimal service standards. Following up on the implementation of the BIG Bureaucracy Reform this year and going forward is to implement the Road Map and Work Plan that has been set for all

work units through BIG Bureaucratic Reform Internalization in each unit so that all BIG employees can understand the implementation of RB in accordance with their duties and functions. Organizational improvement by conducting institutional evaluations, portraits of organizational culture and the application and implementation of e-Government. Improvements to the HR Management based on merit systems and always monitoring and evaluating their implementation by each technical unit leader. Service standards for a refresher to all public and technical service providers. Implementation of integrity systems with innovations. Finally, the Assessor should provide direction for BIG Bureaucracy Reform, not only assessing the results of the implementation, but also providing input and monitoring the implementation. The target of BIG Bureaucratic Reform Completion is to understand the duties and responsibilities of each person according to the RB Team's Decree where the understanding related to the implementation of the RB is uneven. Consolidation of the fulfillment of RB implementation targets by identification, compilation, synergy. In addition to direct guidance from BIG Main Secretary, on this occasion also presented a statistical picture of financial statements, LAKIP, and the RB Value that has been achieved so far. It was also conveyed that the BIG Bureaucracy Reform in 2018 and the revision of the BIG RB Road Map in 2015 - 2019.
