Bogor, Geospatial News - Various efforts were made to improve the professionalism of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Geospatial Information Agency (BIG) to support the implementation of Bureaucratic Reform (RB). One concrete step is to change the tolerance for late hours to work to 30 minutes, from the previous one hour.
"With this new regulation, the performance evaluation has also changed. Later, performance appraisal is not only based on attendance, but also considers organizational and individual performance appraisal, "BIG Legal Head Ida Suryani said at the Organizational, Individual Performance Management Implementation Meeting, and Tunjungan Performance, Monday, March 11, 2019.
Ida explained that the organizational performance appraisal would pay attention to the achievements of the parade action plan every three months. Meanwhile, individual performance appraisal is based on the achievement of action plans and daily activity reporting.
"All of these new regulations are contained in BIG Regulation Number 5 of 2019 concerning Business Days and Hours and BIG Regulation Number 6 of 2019 concerning Performance Allowances. This rule is effective from July 1, 2019, "said Ida.
The Head of the Personnel and Organization Section of BIG Abdurasyid said, his party understood that many employees were nervous about the implementation of this new regulation. However, he believes many benefits will be obtained later.
"In 2018, performance benefits are indeed given on the basis of attendance. Now, it's time for performance benefits to be given based on attendance and performance. Performance is calculated based on daily activity logbook and quarterly targets, "said Rasyid.
Later, continued Rasyid, it is not impossible that the performance allowance was provided purely based on performance. The measured performance is the work target that has been determined at the beginning of the year.
In addition, it was also explained related to the application of organizational performance by BIG Fajar Triady Mugiarto's Head of Planning. According to him, strategy execution can be carried out by translating into operations, aligning the organization with the strategy, making the daily task strategy of each employee and as a continuous process, and mobilizing organizational change starting from the leadership level.
"For performance planning, it can be done by setting strategic targets, performance indicators and strategic initiatives," explained Fajar.
After the exposure session, participants were presented with a demo of the application of organizational performance to the individual. Participants then jointly carry out the input process.
For information, this event was attended by 50 participants consisting of senior officials, pratama, and the planning team at BIG. (LR / NIN)
