Vice Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning (ATR) / National Land Agency (BPN) Surya Tjandra met with the Head of the Geospatial Information Agency (BIG) Hasanuddin Zainal Abidin at the BIG Office, Cibinong, March 11, 2020. According to Surya, the ATR / BPN Ministry needs to increase cooperation with BIG. A lot of work in the ATR / BPN Ministry is aligned with BIG's work.
"We need to work together, ATR BPN has an interest in the base map produced by BIG. We need to discuss how to share the burden. This will be an excellent foundation for the future of Indonesia," explained Surya.
During the meeting, BIG Head Hasanuddin Zainal Abidin said that the KSP Acceleration could be implemented by inviting government partners, including the private sector, to participate.
"Regulations need to be drawn up governing the procedures for submitting maps prepared by the private sector. BIG can make a mapping standard so that the maps can complement the One Map Policy, "explained Hasanuddin.
In addition to discussing KSP, the results of the Limited Meeting also discussed the steps to accelerate the mapping of village administrative boundaries, including the legal umbrella needed so that the administrative boundary map for village boundaries was completed according to the target. (MAD)
