In the framework of Orientation for Prospective Civil Servants (CPNS) Geospatial Information Agency (BIG) in 2019 with the theme Creating Future Leaders, a creative seminar was held. The seminar will take place on Thursday, April 1, 2019, with speakers from the Indonesian Ministry of State Secretariat, Sandra Erawanto. The material presented is related to Positive Self-Image and Professional Ethics of State Civil Apparatus (ASN). "Ethics can not be separated from human social life, whether in society, socializing, or the state. As an ASN, of course it is necessary to act professionally according to the rules of the professional code of ethics, "he said.
The seminar which took place in the Hall of Building S, the BIG Office was also attended by the Head of the Personnel and BIG Organization, Abdurasyid. In his remarks, Abdurasyid conveyed "Hopefully this seminar can be implemented for ASN, especially CPNS BIG in carrying out official duties and social life".
Sandra Erawanto, who is a Young Expert Lecturer revealed that ethics greatly affects the lives of every human being. Professional and ethical people will certainly be more appreciated by the community. It was stated that the material on ethics, service standards, and dress was certainly very useful, and could be implemented in later work.
In addition to the material exposure, the seminar was also interspersed with interesting games. One of them is a game to find out personality, based on research on the right and left brain. This game makes the seminar more relaxed and closer between the CPNS. In this seminar CPNS can also directly practice what has been obtained.
"BIG CPNS must show that they are the best BIG people. Be the best person, honest, humble, do not be stingy knowledge and energy. Your face must look happy, smile more because we live to serve, "explained Sandra Erawanto when closing the seminar. It is hoped that this seminar can shape the spirit of Professionalism in the CPNS BIG 2019 in work and ethics according to the material and knowledge obtained today. (KA / LR)
