"I congratulate and welcome the CPNS 2019 class, we hope that you can provide significant changes to our agencies," said Rasyid.

Dozens of CPNS received in the BIG environment will fill various Functional Position positions according to the predetermined composition. The CPNS came from various educational backgrounds and regions, some from Central Java, East Java to outside Java.

Acceptance of BIG CPNS 2018 itself has begun since September 2018. A total of approximately 750 (seven hundred and fifty) participants participated in the administrative selection, basic and field competencies, to the psychological test and interview stages.

The process of selecting basic competencies and fields also uses the Computer Assisted Test (CAT) system, where the selection process is a selection method with computer aids that is used to obtain a minimum standard of basic competency for CPNS applicants.

No exception for a Raa Ina Sidrotul Muntaha. This young man from Yogyakarta was the participant with the highest selection score for the CPNS selection process in 2018. Rai, his nickname, is a graduate of Geodesy Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology in 2014.

According to Rai, he did not have special preparation to face CPNS selection this time. He only learned the lesson when he lectured and asked for the blessing of his two masters.

"There is no preparation, just learning anyway, the same as asking for prayers from parents," he said.

It is hoped that these CPNS will be able to contribute positively and encourage better change for government agencies, especially at BIG, as their shelter. (AR / LR)
