Monday, August 9, 2010, the Executive Secretary of Bakosurtanal, Sukendra Martha, stressed the importance of discipline of Civil Servants (PNS) in Bakosurtanal. Bakosurtanal can be a healthy institution when all the employees, both at the echelon to the staff, manage to run a discipline that has been agreed upon.
In this case, discipline related to the working time and discipline within a dress code. Discipline at work can be monitored from the presence history of the employees with the tools of presence named "Finger Print Presence Machine". Sukendra highlights the usefulness of this tool, not only as a basic food allowance for the employee revenue, but also should be more useful.
Sukendra also stressed the importance of discipline on dressing way. He is concerned when meeting the employees of Bakosurtanal several times who do not in uniform as it had been agreed upon: grey color for shirts and trousers or skirt. There are a few employees of Bakosurtanal wearing a grey shirt with the logo of Bakosurtanal but wearing other dark color.
Therefore, Sukendra appealed to all the leaders in Bakosurtanal to be able to make him/her models in clothes and do not hesitate to give advice, moreover admonish his/her subordinates if they are not in uniform in accordance with the rules. Sukendra also asked all the employees to build the intention soul, the soul to have Bakosurtanal together with full responsibility.
The two things were revealed by the Executive Secretary of Bakosurtanal in his speech during the inauguration of the echelon IV in Auditorium of Bakosurtanal. The officials who were sworn are Suhaeni and Tri Wahyu Handayani. Suhaeni is appointed as the Head of Sub Division of Administration at the Secretariat of the Head of Bakosurtanal, and Tri Wahyu Handayani as the Head of Sub Division of Administration at the Deputy of Natural Resources Survey. Both of them are appointed by the Decree of the Head of Bakosurtanal no. KP.02.05/86-KA/7/2010, dated July 6, 2010, regarding to the dismissal/removal from/in the structural position.
Related to this succession, the Executive Secretary of Bakosurtanal rate this as one example of the dynamics in a healthy institution, where the rotation and movement in the job well.
