BAKOSURTANAL Hold Workshop Reading Map

On Wednesday, October 28, 2009, to coincide with the Youth Pledge Day, held at the University KhaIrun (Unkhair) the Ternate, North Maluku, as many as 80 people are more participants consisting of senior high school Geography Teachers, Junior High and Vocational in Ternate, Lecturer Unkhair follow this Workshop Read maps, held in cooperation with Unkhair BAKOSURTANAL Ternate.

In his welcoming speech, Vice Rector for Institutional Cooperation Division IV Unkhair, M. Rida Ajam, said that until now still many people who do not get to read a map. In harmony with the objectives of this Workshop Reading Map BAKOSURTANAL programmed for Teachers of Geography of the Archipelago, Unkhair strongly supports these activities. Subiyanto and presenters from Ternate Unkhair explaining the Remote Sensing and Geographical Information Systems, Applications and Introduction to Topographic Maps Field Use of GPS and GPS, respectively by Salnuddin, Ramli Hadun and Nurhalis Wahidin, submitted by the panel.

The participants were very enthusiastic with a variety of material presented, ranging from how to make maps, read a map to Topographic maps application. Every session there are always questions addressed to pematerinya and until the final session participants are still in the spirit of following the workshop.
